 I think you are using an internal modem. I doubt it has a firewall in it. Have you called your ISP and asked if they block or filter P2P networks. Also are you running any of the new Microsoft Beta security software. Does your ISP supply a firewall with your service. Edit: I did a Internet search of your ISP the page said they supplied one type of protection against viruses. Ask them if this protection is a firewall.
