In the instruction for port forwarding it says that we have to print the IP of the router into the browser address, which would lead us then to a login feature where we have to type our user name and password.
When first attempting this I got the time out error as well; so I tried the second DNS IP   as I thought that might be the router IP and I came indeed to a log in screen. However, when using the user name and passwort supplied by my ISP to connect to the internet via adsl, nothing happened. I just got always back to the same screen.
So, I'm going to speak to my ISP on how to set up a static IP. As soon as I've figured out I'll let you know........
