Hi Guys,

could somebody PLEASE PLEASE tell me what to do to stop LW from popping up when I don't want it to??? It's driving me crazy. I don't want it to start when I boot my PC up, or connect to the internet, but it pops up anyway....... I close it down, It pops up, I close it down, I exit from it, it pops up!!

I am only on a modem connection, so if it keeps popping up, it slows me right down.

Any suggestions?

(I didn't do a search because I didn't know what to call the problem)

Unbelievable!!!!!!!! thanks fool of the hill for the assistance and the links....

I do have current anti virus, which is NOT free......... didn't pick it up, and it was not an exe file...

I don't know about professional PC help, more like "I" need the professional help. ahem..................

The link to Norbiesworld is the free professional help that you need. You will have to download "hijackthis" and post your log file made with it, then he will tell you how to get rid off the culprit.....
No AV program is perfect........so, be careful with the files you download via the network...
