limited search results
 

New to Limewire and I've gone through all of the options; maybe I'm missing something here. Tweaked connection and firewall settings, yet still unable to access the full search results. Example: upon entering a query, I'm lucky if 30% of the number of results shown on the active search tab are displayed. Has anyone encountered this or a similar issue and does it have anything to do with my "rank" or size of the library I'm sharing?

I have the exact same problem. I had LimeWire basic for approx 3 months and recently upgraded to limwire pro and the results are not THAT much better. E.g the active search tab will tell me that i got 100 results and about 20 or so will show up. i thought that with limewire pro ALL of the results would show up and this was just with LimeWire basic!!! Which kind of leads me to wonder what the point in gettin pro was. Anyone know whats going on??? because i'm really disappointed with it's (lack of) performance.

well i just checked for a video and it said 366 results. 9 results came up!!!!! can anyone explain this???
