still having problems!!
 

in faq it had you look in control panel<Admin tools<Event viewer. to see if a certain code was comong up when i lost my conection, It was there but only a few times so i disabled ultrapeer, but every other time i lost my connection it had two different codes 4201 and 4202. according to the event viewer i loss my connection about every 7-10 minutes. anybody have any idea. will buying pro help. I havent because of all the problems i am having with connection and speed, but if it helps i will buy it. I have spent hours on this today. I have read most of this forum and tried everything.

First of all it sounds like your PC can't handle the connection attempts that Limewire makes so updating to pro won't help.

You are using XP right ?

Then try downloading and running the EviD Patch. You may have to disable Antivirus while doing it. Try the standard 50 connections at first to see if it makes a difference.
