Ring Bigpond and tell them you want the number to log into your modem...
When i had to Port Forward the default number wouldn't work for me either..

Unfortunately I can not see what page you are seeing so If what WW suggest doesn't work try to disconnect your wireless and go directly from you Motorola and see if that will get you to the proper page.

The password was motorola, but I didn't realise it was case-sensitive, and I was putting in Motorola.
