Limewire Pro Hang-up and then Blank Screen

I have a problem since i've upgrade to PRO. When i start Limewire it will connect ok with TURBO connection and downloaded alright but after awhile maybe after 15 minutes LIMEWIRE start to hang-up and then display a BLANK SCREEN. I have to closed it using the TASK MANAGER. Please help in solving this problem.

What version of Java are you using?

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) This is often wise after updating to Pro.

Thanks. Problem was solved but i got a new one. When i start Limewire again after deleting the preferences, it doesn't hang-up and i've connected with TURBO connection but the problem is i can't connect to the one i choose to download. It's just stayed "connecting ....." What should i do now. Please help again.

Beware of search results where there's say 100 or one, 99 for the next, etc. These are highly possibly spammed fake files. You'll never downld them. Instead, look for those with 10 or 20 or so sources under the # column.

Glad to hear you're properly connected now & the previous problem is solved.
