I changed my ISP from Verizon DSL to Comcast cable, and now limewire won't work. Limewire opens, and appears to be working fine, but won't connect. The green bar thing stays at "you are currently connecting to the network" and doesn't budge no matter what i do. The funny thing is that i tried Limewire using an internet connection in a motel room and it worked. I try it in my own house and it doesn't. Help would be very nice.

Your chunk of the Comcast network is getting it's feed from AT&T. That means
you will be blocked from time to time.

Why did you switch from a perfectly good network that never blocks or censors?

Verizon is a perfectly good network that never blocks or censor while comcast isn't? I always thought it was the other way around. O well. thanks for the advice. I'll try limewire again later.
