Angry Help please!

Hey guys, need your help...

My LW was working fine last week but now it just can't connect. Whatever i search there are no results found (search results remain blank). There's a brick wall in front of the globe (this means there's a firewall problem right?) and i tried everything u guys said:
  • made sure my windows firewall is not blocking LW
  • changed the port in Manual Port Forward in LW to the same port as the Listen on Port
  • did the test at http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ but couldn't access the page
  • tried to do port-forwarding after establishing the static IP address but when I entered my IP address into the browser window it says 'cannot find server' so I can't continue

What do u think the problem is? Anything else I can try?

Here's some info about my PC:
1. Windows XP
2. Using only Windows firewall
3. 80GB Hard Disk space
4. DSL connection
5. Modem: 2wire 2700HG
6. Connecting from home
7. LW version 4.10.9 Java 1.5.0_06
8. Not sharing connection with other computers
9. ISP: Singnet Broadband (I'm from Asia)

By the way, another program that I use that uses the Gnutella network, Bitcomet, can't seem to work now too...though it worked perfectly last week.

Sleepless is just really nice
Default

Your ISP has almost certainly started to block not only Gnutella but BitTorrent as well (BitComet is a BitTorrent application and does not connect to Gnutella)

Have you been doing some heavy downloading this month ? If so then you might have used up your quota for the month

You should try and talk to your ISP about the problem

They could be only portblocking. Are you using the default port for Limewire and Bitcomet (unfortunatly can't remember myself what BitComets is. Limewire is 6346)
