Connection problems
 

hi, my LW ist stocking for about 3 weeks im downloading with a max speed with 3 kbit/s
although i normally downloading with 50 kbit/s
i' ve done this downloading speed test:
Communications 121,59 Kilobits pro Sekunde
Storage 15,20 kilobytes pro Sekunde
1MB file download in 67,37 Sekunden
Downstream
128 kbit/s
512 kbit/s
1500 kbit/s
10000 kbit/s
122 kbit/s (your speed)

i've selected vienna because i life in austria i hope someone can help me
