![]() Yes, your college has probably installed, over the summer holidays, some anti-P2P hardware that curbs or eliminates P2P internet traffic. I'm guessing you are in the US and, from what I unedrstand, this curbing of P2P traffic is becoming very popular with US college IT administrators. UK Bob PS. The only way to find out if this is true is to talk to an IT administrator. |
