Can't connect while behind IP mask

Ok, I am trying to connect by using the proxies specified by a IP masking program I am using(GhostSurf). I have tried every available option, in every way. And I cant connect.

The only way I can connect is if I turn of my IP mask, and just load LW with a straight connection. Which I don't prefer to do.

Can anybody help? Is there something special that needs to be done while behind a IP mask?
