Says I have firewall but I dont
 

The brick wall in front of the globe is always there.

and I have turned off my firewall.

What gives? I dont think its my ISP, because I'm on some cheap dial-up ISP.

Which firewall do you have?
WHo is your ISP?
Are you able to connect with LW at all?
What antVirus & other antispyware, etc. utilities do you have?

Yes, I can connect when I dont use my IP masker (but globe with brick remains)

I have Spyware doctor, but its turned off, and not activated now. And GhostSurf.

Oh well..scratch that.

I restored defaults..and now the globe is unwalled.

I dunno what happened.

But I still cant connect while using a proxy. When I try and use a proxy the wall returns.
