Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Ive been running LW for a long time. I did a clean re-install on my PC and now, I cannot connect. Ive used the same settings as always and when that didnt work I tried the connection suggestions on the main page. After that, I went to Microsofts site and re checked all of the settings for XP, followed by coming here.

Ive tried all of the suggestions I could find, including 3 un-installs/re-installs/up date ect..

Could someone please tell me what to do now, if I dont fix this problem soon, Im going to write LW off, which I really dont want to do, however Im getting pretty frustrated.
