Wtf?!? Plz Help!!!

Ok I used limewire for the past year it was accidently deleted of my computer, so I went to the site to re-download it, no problems there it downloaded fine. But when it is clicked on, or booted up a message pops up saying "Limewire was enable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a firewall program blocking limewires acsess to the internet or loopback connections on the local machine. Please allow limewire access to the internet and restart limewire." I am using Basic 4.12 edition and ive tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and turning off the firewalls, but I continue to have the same problem. So if you could please help send and email to edited to conform with the forum rulez of no email addys

probably send it to both because im not sure if my school email (the second one) will block it as spam.
