limewire having trouble to connect
 

when i start up limewire, at teh bottom of limewire it says disconnected,

so i look at the loading bar and it says "Loading Magnet Listener" it does this

for like hours, how do i make it just connect?

do i change a internet setting or soemthing?

Is this your first version of LW?
Try removing your current version of Java & then reinstalling JRE using the offline installer (see point 1 below)

If that's no good then delete the preferences folder, that's points 2 & 3. Make sure LW's properly closed first:wink:

Lastly you could try changing compatibility, that's point 5.
