 I doubt you need to delete your preference folder. You said dial-up in your first post  5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) DIALUP DSL is Broadband and this explains the quite likely reason you started getting this error. Did you by any chance start running in UltraPeer mode when those limits were hit  Strange that the preference folder isn't hidden though   |
