 Slow Download Speeds Can anyone help me as to why i can only download at 2/kb ? I have no firewall and no brick infront of the globe. settings on lw are maxed. Ilive in the U.S. and my isp doesn't have me throttled down, thanks I also have all the green bars lit up.  |
