Cannot Play Video Files

For some reason, when I go to play a video clip I downloaded, and I go to my shared folder, it does not open up. My audio clips work fine. Can someone help?

Not sure what player you're using as you didn't say. I'd personally recommend this one: VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site)

Try it & see how it goes. :)
