Angry ANYONE! My Interface-slow' the software

every time I start Limewire it's slow! right from the get go.
I can't click a tab or box because it's almost frozen.

it had done this once befor and I reamber I cleared my cache and temp. files
but nothing seems to work now. I have reinstalled and tried just about everything.

It's like the software it's self is messing up. it takes me about 5 min. just to type what I am searching far.

if anyone has any suggestions please bring them on
