Connecting Problem.."Quality:Connecting"

Used to work just fine - no changes made. Now getting "Quality : Connecting" message and hangs. Any idea and help would be most appreciated !!!

Have you checked with your ISP. They may have started blocking or shaping LimeWire. Who is your ISP

The ISP is Verizon (via DSL)...that being the case, any recommendations ?

First un-install Java then un-install Limewire. Restart PC. Re-install Limewire.
It worked for me.

Thank you kindly for your advice. I did as you requested as same problem persists (Limewire 4.12.6 with Java 1.5.0_09 installed).

Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated !!

You would be best posting in the BearShare section. :) This is the LimeWire section. ;)
I'd also recommend downgrading to BearShare 5 ... you will see option in the bearshare section. ;)
