 this is your ISP... http://www.digitalforge.ie/ it appears as if they do have a specific clause re: p2p www.digitalforge.ie/fup.html perhaps a call to tech support is in order..they will be able to tell you if they are blocking p2p access...and make sure to note that you are trying to acquire open source information (i.e. not copyrighted)  |
