 Make sure that your XP firewall is off & that your McAffee is configured properly http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showpo...27&postcount=5 You might want to update your Java, your version's pretty old  Use the offline installer for JRE below & remove your old Java version before you install the new one.http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp You mentioned AT&T...if you're using AT&T, they might be part of the problem (even though you're on dial-up & your port test worked). Check out the post below http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showpo...11&postcount=4 When you first got LW & could download...was the firewall icon there? Do you see any green connection bars?
