Still No Connection, Please Help Me
 

:cheesy: I have uninstalled, searched my computer for all files with LW in them, deleted them, reinstalled using the online as well as the offline installers, removed the LW pref folder, already posted my system, and have three other computers in home on our network that all connect to LW and stay connected, one of which is the exact same as mine. If and when I can connect, it is for a very short time, usually not at full connection, and then when I try to reconnect, it won't. I even tryied to remove the start up to manually connect, and that did not work either. I am wondering if it could be my NIC card, but I am able to connect to anything else on the internet. Any ideas would be very much appreciated...Thanx:aweof:

Someone...anyone...HELP
 

:bangh: I am still having the same problems...

The only other thing I can think of is, have you tried selecting an earlier OS when you select the appropriate LW to download...I have seen this fix work for other members, maybe you could give that a try....:rolleyes_2:

Scrap that, I need to find the part where you can choose this option, and it's not where I just said it was...Give me 5 .....lol

Right-click the program & change compatibility to either NT or 2000. Is that what you meant?
