 So they gave you Pro not Basic....Pro does cost $18.88US...If you download from the link I gave you, you will only get the basic version and that's free, but it is legit... Did your version have this at the top  Now onto the static IP, I don't know what your ISP is on about, getting a static IP doesn't cost, unless they want to do it for you and charge you...I really don't think the customer service people know what their talking about, or their trying to scare you out of it... Doing it yourself is not at all hard and you don't have to wait a couple of days for it either.... Follow the steps in the link I gave...Write down the stuff it says to write down and enter that info into the places it says to enter it, it all looks technical but it's not... btw... who is your ISP....
