failed connection

How do I select the port to use for incoming connections. It says to go to my configuation window, where is that and how do I do it?

is it an error message that keeps telling you this as you are attempting download? if so, hit "download all" instead of "download any" . it worked for me! if not---go to tools>options>advanced and the port is displayed there. i think you can manually type in a port there. at least that is what someone else told me, but i never got it to work that way.
