no save folder
 

When I start Limewire I get the message that thesave folder is missing and to make a new folder. It then just shows the loading screen and says it is loading messages. Any suggestions?

Try deleting LW's preferences folder. Make sure LW's properly closed first. Points 2 & 3 of the sticky below have instructions. If you've used much older versions of LW, you could have a folder in point 2's location...so check for both.
Fixes for LimeWire

This will kill all of your settings within options (you'll have to reset things afterwards) & revert the saved folder location to default...see if that fixes things:)
