Need Help w/ Satellite Modem

Firewall: Win XP Disabled / Modem ? ( Was told to go thru router by ISP )
Memory : 1Gb +
HD Space : 60 GB +
Connection : Dial-up out / Sat in ( SkyWay )
Connecting from : House
Modem : SW-10
Router : Netgear MR814 V 2
LW Version 4.12.6
Java 1.5.0_09
ISP : SkyWay
Test WORKS !
No Sharing
1st Try...ISP little help at all.. Been at it for weeks

I've tried everything in the forum's...can't get it to connect. Any Idea's ??

Try Port Forwarding your router these are the instructions for the Netgear MR814 although it's not for V2, but hopefully it should work just the same...:rolleyes_2:
