2 extra questions...Who is your ISP ?? and what's the name and model number of your modem/router ??......:rolleyes_2:

ISP: DHCP

My hub is surecom EtherPerfect 505ST, Model No: EP 505ST, since my ISP is ethernet type so that there is no modem to my house

I do not think your ISP is DHCP that is the type of service. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DHCP. Your ISP woul be a company like Comcast, Cox, MSN etc.
