 Some say Comcast can shape and throttle depending on where you live... I still think it lies in Port Forwarding though... May I ask how many times you went in to do the static IP ?? The reason I ask this once done successfully you wont see all the info your suppose to any more, you only have to set up once, from then on you only have to forward a port for each application...

| I just went back over this thread and because you said you could connect last night just fine, it could very well be Comcast throttling the connection at certain times of the day....
