Limewire itself doesn't have a firewall it's definatley in your router, I think we need to be online at the same time so I can walk you through it, there's something your missing somewhere...

You are on a cable ISP that is being served by AT&T, both of which are known
for blocking P2P. It is probably AT&T blocking you this time because I am seeing
scattered reports of sudden loss of connectivity for both gnutella and BitTorrent
in your general area. These blocks will probably disappear in 2 to 4 weeks.

Just to let everyone know...We Port Forwarded and still no luck and it's a waiting game now with the ISPs...Thankyou Aaron for letting us know...
