hope so, I tested my buddys modem over here earlier and it had the same problem as mine

the one firewall on this list is a peoplePC firewall, i open it and it has 11 options to click on, i might just delete it all

ya thats what im wondering, theres no trace of anything people pc ont his computer except when i search firewalls :-\ all this people pc stuff is in afolder called "bin" lol dont know if thats normal

when i try to delete that i get an error report, that says.. "cannot delete PPShared: access denied. make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use"

Immm baaaack lol, still not fixed either, I dont know what to do now, im out of idea, and you guys are too, do you think it could just be this computer not allowing these type of things to connecct?

I was just looking at windows firewall exceptions, and i noticed the last thing down was upnp framework, i see you guys talking about this upnp on here sometimes, now the box is checked, but its also a dark grey box, not white, any ideas on this? o ya and atalantic broadband said that i should get this people pc and earthlink off my computer (and any others isps i guess, not sure how to find them though, i found those 2 on accident)
