How do I connect???
 

I am sooooo lost! I've done everything I can find to do, and I still can't get connected. I'm signed on to AOL. I have the newest version downloaded. I have the list of connections typed in and "applied" , but when I click connect it goes through the list and doesn't connect. I triple-checked (if I can say that) the connection to make sure they're spelled right. I am soooo lost. Please help!!!
