Defragment your Hard disk drives. Also see if you can free up some space if the drives are more than 80% full. Also use disk & file utilities to check your drives & files are in a healthy state.

I have over 400 songs and it always used to say the amount I had, then yesterday it changed to zero, the songs are still there, but now when I download a song it goes to "individually shared files", it never used to do that. The 400+ songs I have are all under saved files, how do I get the amount I used to have back

Are the files in red in your library. If so, try right clicking them and click to share files.

Or in LW go to tools>options>shared and see if your shared folder is listed. If not then add it. Default location is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared.

Thanks pac, I just tried where it said "restore default" and it worked, the amount is back.
