![]() I am on Bellsouth DSL right now (see time of post). Using Mac OS X's terminal I type: telnet www.limewire.com 80 and I get Trying 64.61.25.138 Connected to www.limewire.com Escape character is '^]'. So I know the internet is working. Then I type telnet connect3.limewire.com 6346 and I get connect3.limewire.com: Unknown Host The same thing happens when I use router.limewire.com and the others. Did Bellsouth quietly block this DNS lookup or IP address or something? Unless the Limewire servers are down, I think that Bellsouth has tried to block gnutella usage. Can anyone else confirm or deny this? Thanks! |

![]() Confirmed. I wasn't using Bellsouth. This thread should clarify things. <http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...&threadid=6515> |
