| Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

 Ok there's not a lot of information about satellites & their problems. Not easily solved in my experience. Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewalls & change the Listening port to one between 49152 - 65535. A good one to try is 64049. Then restart Limewire. See if that helps. Give it plenty of time to try to connect. And look at the Connections window & tell us if you see LW trying to connect & if it has connected to any ultrapeers or not.  |
