Unhappy number of connections - windows 2000

I'm another getting the same problem, I can only seem to connect to one 'ultrakeeper' server and from there reach out to only a very small number of files. net stats = 3 hosts, 3 files, 32 MB - a search on 'xxx' (blush - but need to make a point) returns 19 grouped files (3 stars or above). Version 1.7 would have returned hundreds.

Default only one host and need 4 stars

I just upgraded my computer to Windows ME and have the same problem with 1 host.
It might be that ME and I know EP cant read other versions of windows.
As far as needing quaility music, I have a program called Cake Walk Pyro and it enhances the music up from any think like 49kbs up to 320kbs stereo quality.
If you get Cake walk you wouldnt have to fight the star issue.
It would no longer matter.
I have to listen to every song to make sure it has no hisses or pings with my DJ Program.
I would most like to help others find lost music.
I run a DJ system called Ots Juke and the music is conveted into data files from MP3's.
Cake walk turns music into MP3, WAV and MIDI files.
I hope it was of some help.

Lightbulb

I forgot the most important thing? What song were you looking for? I probably have it and can make it better than 4 stars.

You are supposed to have only one connection to an ultrapeer anymore .

And the bad statistics are wrong , the LW team is aware of this problem .

The Ultrapeer on the other side most likely has a statistic of more then 8TB of files , so don't trust the statistic .
