Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.
(not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

![]() I got around the ultrapeer sillyness this way: first I tell it that my sytem has a T3 line then I set the connection number to 50 and I remove the ultrapeer host. It automatically connects to the 50 servers. If you are lucky, they are not ultrapeers. As soon as you see some connections established, lower the connection number. There you are... a 'normal' gnutella connection. That reminds me that I still am declared as T3. No idea if I fall back to ultrapeer if I lower that. George |
