Are the rest of you noticing that other people are easily uploading from you while you can't download? I opened the "monitor" tab and found lots of grinning, green smiley faces from all the users who are happily downloading my stuff. Must be nice.....

Well, I've been on here everyday(since my LW wasnt working )and I finally found the answer! MaMa, I know exactly how you feel. I hope this works for you also.

1. Make sure LW is completely closed

2. Follow the link

3. Click on "Audio" (upper-left corner)

4. Click on one of the songs

5. It will open LW for you and start downloading the song, along with any others you had stuck on "Connecting......"


I couldn't believe it!!! I dont know how it fixed my problem, but I'm not complaining.

Hey, "Boo": So excited to see a suggestion to my dilemma but get this: it has taken me 2 DAYS just to access this forum!!!!!! First, the whole LW issue....then, Gnutella "down" (at least for me). Maybe I should just go back to paper, pencil and vinyl records

OK-got your message, read it, so glad it worked but I have NO idea what you are telling me to do. Get totally out of LW......got it. Then, follow the link?????? Could you be a tad more detailed? What link?
