Default Unable to connect after reformat

Formatted my computer and followed many fixes and none worked so far......
This is my last resort before I switch to another p2p


1. OS version? Windows XP SP2
2. What firewalls you have? Only Windows, but its disabled
3. How much ram? 512mb DDR
4. Hard Disk space available? >20GB
5. Connection type? Cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Modem:Com21 Router:Linksys WRT45G
7. Where are you trying to connect from? House
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? Limewire 4.12.3 Pro and Java 1.5.0_06
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? Adelphia/Time Warner
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? It says "Your test worked!"
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Yes, shared with 1 other computer (ethernet) and 2 laptops (wireless)
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. New problem, fairly experienced
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes

Have you tried port forwarding? Or temporarily connecting directly via the modem to see if it does connect ok? If it connects ok then the issue is probably with UPnP for your Linksys. After the reformat, did you re-enable UPnP? (though this should be on by default.) For port forwarding find your model (or similar) here http://www.portforward.com/routers.htm
