I had read that information prior to posting my question - I read soooo many postings to try to solve the problem myself.

I guess I don't understand, though, why all of a sudden there's a problem when I was only a few weeks ago using LW without any issues at all. And when it was working properly, I had McAfee installed and on.

Can you help me understand how the link is related to anything I might be doing? It doesn't make sense to me that this is my problem, probably because I don't fully understand the whole Bitzi thing - and I already do the things that are suggested, like picking downloads that have a lower number beside them, so I still don't know what to do to remedy my problem.
