Hi joker101.
Is your XP firewall off, ? if not turn it off

Up date your java!
Now! Go to,
START/Set Program Access/Change or Remove Programs,
now completely remove all versions of java.
Now! Use this Link to get JRE 6 Use the off line installer NOT the (recormended) one,
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
Disconnect from internet, close ALL apps n reinstall java.

Follow thease instructions exactly.

Your feedback will help others
Any Problems Shout.
Peace.

It looks like this temporary problem was caused by your ISP. Some providers
do block various forms of P2P in order to conserve bandwidth when it gets too
heavy for them to handle.

Simply put, too many people are trying to use P2P at the same time so it helps
a lot to temporarily stop it. Temporary blocks work well because they change
people's habits for a while and they tend to use P2P much less for weeks to
months after the block was removed.

In your case it would be a sound policy to limit your use of LimeWire and any
other P2P software to slightly less than before the block was imposed. You
should also take a look at the Speed page in the setup [Tools/Options/Speed]
and disable ultrapeer capabilities. The other two options may help too.

Anything you can do to keep the old odometer from racking up the gigabytes
will reduce the chances your provider will do it again, or at least delay it for
several more weeks.
