Default Help please!!!!!(lose connection, have to restart modem)

I have been using Limewire for a long time and now that I have a wireless modem connected to my regular modem everytime I get on LW it kicks both modems offline and I have to restart my modems in order to get back online, please tell me what to do in order to stay online and to continue to download from limewire?

Sounds like the wireless system can't cope. Is there any usb connections involved. If yes .. swap to ethernet. Also make sure the device is self-powered with a power supply & not powering from your computer.

It is plugged up to the ethernet and it is not powered by the computer it is powered by the power cord

I don't quite understand why you have 2 modems. Why not just use the wireless one.

Well I am using the wireless one I was just informed by TWC that I don't the other modem doesn't have anything to do with it that it is the wireless modem that connects me but that still don't explain why it keeps kicking both computers off when on LW, so I am gonna have to get TWC out here again maybe they can tell me what is going on since no one else can....
