 FYI: Limewire worked great at my old apartment. My new apartment doesnt let it work, I had the same settings as when I moved of my old apartment. I tried service pack 1, service pack 2, zone alarm, windows firewall...I tried every trick learned from posts and then some. Nothing did any good, and THIS IS THE SAME FOR MOST PEOPLE ON THIS TOPIC WHO CANT CONNECT. IT WILL NOT WORK IT WILL NOT WORK ..and i'm just trying to save you all some time by saying that the only way to get it to work is not hours of tinkering with little settings that wont change limewire. LIMEWIRE must provide the solution to go around the 3rd party. SIMPLE PERIOD. So when do we get a fix to go around the 3rd party?  |
