Direct Connect
 
my hardware:

Alcatel / Thomson SpeedTouch 510 v4
D-Link DES-1008D 8-Port Desktop Switch



my software:

LimeWire PRO 4.12.3
Norton Internet Security 2005



my network:

my problem:

"Your computer is behind a firewall or router and cannot receive direct connections."

i have completely allowed limewire through norton internet security.
and i have confirmed that UPnP is enabled within my modem and have added port forwarding for limewire, but i still can't receive direct connections.
adding port forwarding allowed me to make primary connections for winmx...
if my switch is the cause, would i just have to do this?
