Connection quality keeps changing

Hi there, just wondering if anyone could tell me why my connection quality keeps changing, and how I can improve it. I bought Limewire Pro and until a few days ago always had "Turbocharged Connection". Now it fluctuates between "Poor", "Fair" and "Good". I haven't changed any settings that I know of. HELP!

It sounds like your dropping Ultrapeers...
Try the fixes in this thread and see if that helps you...
