![]() well just phoned pipex and told them i wanna cancel the broadband service due to the bandwidth shaping which by the way they have told me they do, and they have told me if i cancel there is a fee of 300 pound. i have only been on the internet for about 5 days so i thought i was still covered under the 14 day money back gurantee but they have told me that the 14 day gurantee starts from when we say yes to the broadband, not from when i first connect!!!..........**** or what. i advise anyone thats reads this. STAY AWAY FROM PIPEX AND TISCALLI. |
