Frozen on "Queued"
 

I'm using limewire pro and was downloading a video. It got all the way to 99%
and said queued. It's been stuck like that for some time now. why?

Try shutting LW down and restarting it. Sometimes that'll prompt it to finish the last little bit. Also try searching for the file again that might help it to find a couple sources.

If you can't get it to finish, you can just move it from the incomplete folder to whatever folder you use for movies. At most you'll just be missing some of the credits. Just remove the T-xxxxxxxxxxx from the title.
