Limewar bar stops at 3 bars
 

the connection bar stops at 3 bars...last week it isnt like that...plus the firewall thing is already off but the brick is still there how do i fix this

Read this sticky, there's a lot of info about connection/firewall issues. There might be a firewall within your modem/router, so check the info about UPnP & port forwarding.
