Limewire Doesn't Reopen After I Close

I use Vista and have the latest version of Java.. and LW (non-beta).
I can open LW after I boot up but if I close LW and try to reopen nothing happens.... I need to reboot to reopen.
Any reason why this happens..

After you close LW, wait a few mins & then control-alt-del & open process manager & make sure LW is actually inactive. If it is still active then force it to quit.

Reason it's doing that I don't know. Go to menu bar, Tools>Options>System Tray & set it for shutdown immediately.
